Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Vinyl and Pages! Our goal is to partner with unique and impactful brands that align with our commitment to fostering community, creativity, and quality experiences. We look forward to reviewing your submissions and potentially welcoming your brand to the Vinyl and Pages family!

 Vendor Selection Process and Placement Terms

The selection process for brand placement at Vinyl and Pages Baltimore will be an ongoing process. All products will be hand selected, with chosen items scheduled for shelf placement on a four-month term.

A committee will review each application with close attention to community impact, quality of business, and the uniqueness of your products. Submitting this form does not guarantee placement but ensures your brand is considered for our vendor selection pool.

Criteria:
- Complete a W9
-  Must have a registered LLC in the state of Maryland or D.C.
- Must be comfortable with a monthly 25% commission split 
Upon acceptance must pay $100 set up fee (this will help you get your products placed in the store)
- Must be in business for longer than 12 months
- Must be 51% minority/woman owned
- Must demonstrate a commitment to supporting local communities
- Must do 1 pop up in the store per quarter (provide all marketing and advertising for your pop up)
- No perishable food or beverage items (nothing that requires fridge or cold storage)
- Must keep up with your own inventory
- Must restock products when running low 
If selected, you must provide business insurance
