ABOUT US

Vinyl and Pages (VNP) is a black-owned retail record store based in the BROMO Arts District of Midtown Baltimore, MD.  This boutique retail space specializes in new and used vinyl albums and books. Additionally, VNP curates’ opportunities for small businesses and creatives to secure shelf space. Our mission is to inspire learning through music and books while fostering creativity and community.  VNP is a place that will inspire creativity, whether it is recording a PODCAST, album release party, listening party, book club meeting, game night or a DJ spinning. We want our guests to make this home, we want VNP to belong to the community. 

Our space is available for community events at no cost however a book/vinyl minimum is required. Our space is available after business hours. Dates and times can be negotiated. A host will be present when you arrive for your event.

PROMOTION
As a pop up guest, you are responsible for inviting guests and promoting your pop up shop via social media and other platforms. Please be sure to post about your pop up and encourage guests to attend. Do not solely rely on the traffic from Vinyl & Pages. ​

Pop ups are available on Thursdays and Fridays. APPLY HERE FOR A DATE! 

WHAT TO BRING

  • This is a cashless business. Be sure to bring your square or other reader/card swipe for card transactions. 
  • Bags for your customer purchases.
  • Vendors who sell clothing should bring one rack to display clothing. If you only require a table and don’t have a rack, let us know so that we have a table for you.

CUSTOMERS/ADDITIONAL GUESTS
We welcome your friends and family to shop with you, however please be mindful of our shared space. Please do not bring children to hang with you during your pop up. 

WHAT WE PROVIDE
Please note, Vinyl & Pages will be open for regular business during your pop up hours. Your setup will be located in the back of the store. We will provide a 4 foot working table for you. You can bring a smaller table or clothing rack as well! 

FOOD & DRINK
Snacks and drinks are allowed as part of your pop up. Please bring whatever you will need to chill your wine/champagne along with your serve ware. ​

SOCIAL MEDIA
Congratulations on launching a new business, brand or service! Social media is a big part of building an audience! Please share with us your social media handles. Please note, personal pages will not be accepted. ​

FEES
There are no fees. No fine print. We believe in cooperative economics and using our space to support other businesses.
